We’re proud to celebrate one of our borrowers, AK Development, led by Ariam Kesete, on receiving a $500,000 grant through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago’s Community Developer Grant Program.
The grant will support paid internships and fellowships for aspiring developers, providing hands-on experience in affordable housing development and helping build the next generation of leaders in our industry. Expanding access to practical training opportunities is critical to strengthening the affordable housing ecosystem and advancing equitable development.
