Rob Beach serves as the Director of Capital Strategy for the organization. In this role, Rob works closely on a variety of aspects related to FCI’s NMTC program and portfolio including business development and partnership opportunities; NMTC application writing and submission; deployment and structuring of current NMTC allocation; and oversight of asset management tracking and CDFI Fund compliance reporting. Previously, Mr. Beach worked for an urban and NMTC consultancy where he focused on NMTC transaction structuring and closing. Additionally, Rob spent seven years in various roles at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation – New York City Office. Rob holds a B.S. in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a MPA with a focus on urban development and sustainability from Baruch College in New York.
