Lisa Menendez is the Operation Specialist for FCI with over 20+ years’ experience in the Financial Institution sector. She was an Internal Auditor for 16 years, Compliance Specialist, and a BSA Officer. As FCI’s Operation Specialist she leads the implementation of new programs, loan closing, day-to-day operations, and many other functions. Born and raised in Chicago, Lisa moved to Madison in 2021. She fell in love with Madison from the first moment she visited. In her free time, she enjoys playing cards, dog sitting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
