Leah Vetch-Hayes joined Forward Community Investments in 2026 as Office Operations Manager, where she supports the organization’s day-to-day operations and helps ensure a smooth, organized, and collaborative environment for staff and partners. Leah brings a diverse background in administrative operations, office management, and cross-functional team support. She has a strong ability to streamline processes, anticipate needs, and build thoughtful systems that enhance both efficiency and team experience. She also brings experience supporting team coordination and operational initiatives, along with a strong foundation in data and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Montana State University Billings. Drawn to meaningful, mission-driven work, Leah is excited to apply her skills in a nonprofit setting and contribute to FCI’s impact across the community.
In her free time, Leah enjoys reading, creative expression, cooking, and seeking out new adventures. She also enjoys unwinding at home with her husband and their two cats and is passionate about personal growth and exploring new perspectives.
