DeMariye joined Forward Community Investments in 2026 and serves as FCI’s Credit Analyst where he plays a critical role in fueling our lending operations, directly supporting our Senior Community Lenders and Portfolio Manager to drive loan portfolio growth. He comes from a diverse background in business development and operations where he excelled with client relationships, account management, and logistics solutions coordination in fast-paced environments. His varied experience has helped him develop strong negotiation skills, communication skills, and adaptability. He is detail oriented with a problem-solving mindset that he is excited to bring to his work
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University and is eager to contribute his skills to the community development space.
