As FCI’s Accounting and Compliance Specialist, Allen Houston oversees all aspects of FCI’s financial accounting, including monthly transactions, compliance, and accounts payable. He also works closely with HR to process payroll and benefits. Prior to joining FCI, Allen worked as a Staff Accountant at UW Rehabilitation Hospital for two years and at Quartz Health Insurance for eight years. He has a passion for DE&I work and cherishes the opportunity to work for an organization that has a direct impact on making our communities more equitable. Allen holds an Accounting degree with a Tax Specialist minor from the Minnesota School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking, traveling, live music and plays, astronomy, technology, and playing board games.
