As FCI’s Compliance Officer, Allen Houston oversees all aspects of maintaining and responding to the varied compliance responsibilities our funders require so that FCI can continue to provide the capital necessary to meet our mission. Prior to joining FCI, Allen worked as a Staff Accountant at UW Rehabilitation Hospital for two years and at Quartz Health Insurance for eight years. He has a passion for DE&I work and cherishes the opportunity to work for an organization that has a direct impact on making our communities more equitable. Allen holds an Accounting degree with a Tax Specialist minor from the Minnesota School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, kayaking, traveling, live music and plays, astronomy, technology, and playing board games.
