Alicia Haynes Barlow serves as Forward Community Investments Inc.’s Borrower Support Manager and has with over ten years of experience at FCI. In her role she is responsible for developing customized Borrower Success Plans through the loan origination process in order to provide them with the mentorship, guidance, and assistance they need to achieve their financial goals. She works to help streamline the lending process, working closely with colleagues on both the lending and finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all stakeholders. Prior to joining FCI, Alicia worked as a Nutrition Educator at the University of Wisconsin-Extension, where she worked closely with individual families and groups throughout Madison and neighboring communities to provide education and support on healthy eating and nutrition. Alicia studied Biology at Savannah State University in Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Alicia is originally from Madison and currently lives here with her husband and four young children.
