Alicia Haynes Barlow is a Lending Operations Manager with over nine years of experience at FCI. She is responsible for streamlining the lending process and working closely with colleagues on both the lending and finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all stakeholders. Alicia also plays a supportive role for FCI’s borrowers and other partners, providing them with the guidance and assistance they need to achieve their financial goals. Prior to joining FCI, Alicia worked as a Nutrition Educator at the University of Wisconsin-Extension, where she worked closely with individual families and groups throughout Madison and neighboring communities to provide education and support on healthy eating and nutrition. Alicia studied Biology at Savannah State University in Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Alicia is originally from Madison and currently lives here with her husband and four young children.
