FCI staff recently had the opportunity to visit and receive a tour from our partner Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers (SSCHC). Pressing Forward – FCI Partners in the News
We partnered with Milwaukee Urban Stables through the use of our New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) investment to provide financing for the construction of a new facility to house a co-located mounted patrol and equine-assisted therapy and community engagement program. More information about this groundbreaking project can be found here.
FCI partnered with The Hmong American Women’s Association (HAWA) to provide financing to acquire a new headquarters and programming space. The building is of historical significance as it was once the home of Gustav Pabst. This acquisition was 25 years in the making and we are thrilled to be part of this project. If you are interested in learning more about this project, please visit the excellent piece in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel here and please consider supporting HAWA’s Roots Down capital campaign by visiting their website.
