80/20 Campaign

In the fall of 2011 FCI launched the 80/20 Campaign. This campaign provides the opportunity for individuals and businesses to invest 80% and contribute 20% to our "Loan Sustainability Fund". The Loan Sustainability Fund is a critical reserve that allows us to make and leverage more loans and provide support to nonprofits in Wisconsin.
Our 80/20 Campaign goal is to raise $5.5 million - $4.4 million in investments and $1.1 million in contributions.
While your 80% investment is directly leveraged into loans for nonprofits and provides up to a 2% return, your 20% serves as a lasting investment in the community. By being a part of the 80/20 Campaign, you are really fueling our financial engine!!
Example of an 80/20 Investment
$10,000 is converted into an $8,000 investment that receives an annual rate of return paid to the investor and returned at the end of the investment term. The remaining $2,000 is a direct tax-deductible contribution.
When it comes to the needs of our communities, the challenges facing us today are the potential problems of tomorrow.
