Brent A. Hafele, M.A. is passionate about helping nonprofits raise more, work smarter, and optimize impact. In his consulting practice, NewDay Nonprofit Solutions, he partners with clients in times of growth, change, or challenge, to help them identify and achieve their next step. He provides counsel on a variety of nonprofit management aspects including fundraising, strategic planning, volunteer management, and board relations. As a practitioner, Brent worked in the nonprofit sector for almost ten years serving as an executive director at the Chippewa Valley Free Clinic and development director at Hope Gospel Mission, a homeless shelter. At the free clinic, he helped grow the number of current donors by over 450% in just four years. He has a Master’s Degree in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He is a regular speaker at national, regional, and local conferences on nonprofit management.
