To assist you, we developed a directory of statewide consultants having a myriad of skills and talents, all with a history of having worked with nonprofits. The consultants are categorized by specific expertise, ranging from strategic planning to marketing to human resources to accounting. We recently helped a growing non-profit in the energy services area restructure the top levels of their organization. As a result, they are better aligned to the market, established greater efficiency and capacity internally, and have placed the right people in the right leadership roles.
We recently supported one of the largest area non-profits to move through a full strategic planning process: stakeholder assessment, strategic planning with the board, operating plan and plan implementation & measurement. As a result, the board and management team are aligned, everyone is focused on the same 5 strategic initiatives, and there is a working plan with timetables and accountabilities for each of the strategic initiatives. As a results the managers have full ownership and commitment.
We recently provided executive coaching to a principal of a private school, as well as an engineering & general manager of a local utility. As a result, conflict is decreased, and each client is working forward on their individual development plan.
