We have the flexibility to offer rates that are below-market and to gear our terms and requirements to the sometimes less conventional needs of the nonprofit community.

Our loans are structured to give borrowers long-term benefits, whether it's a below-market interest rate, more time to pay back the loan or using less conventional collateral. When reviewing loan requests, we are interested in your project and financial foundation but, unlike traditional lenders, we also take into consideration the social impact of your organization and project.

Since 1994, we have worked with organizations helping them get the funding they need to make their plans a reality. In addition to our own lending, we often work with government and private funders to leverage our loans into a larger package.
